Established in 2020, Edgar's is a "hidden gem" in beautiful Laurel, MS. Paying homage to her grandfather who was an avid outdoorsman in South Mississippi and served as her inspiration, Chef/Owner Micah Gatlin has created a menu reflecting her time spent hunting and fishing during her childhood. Featured favorites include great steaks, gulf seafood, and wild game.

Southern hospitality is our driving force, whether serving an intimate table of two or entertaining for hundreds. Chef Gatlin and her staff are dedicated to providing memorable dinners as well as catered events.
